Terms of Service & Acceptable Use

imageAInow (“the Service”, “we”, “us”) is a free AI image generator operated as part of anyAInow. By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.
1. The Service
imageAInow turns text prompts into images, for free and without an account. Images are produced by third-party AI models. The Service is provided on a best-effort basis and may be changed, rate-limited, or withdrawn at any time.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to create, request, or share content that:
- sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors in any way. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material and will report it to the appropriate authorities;
- depicts non-consensual sexual content, or sexual content involving real, identifiable people without their consent;
- impersonates a real person or creates deceptive “deepfakes” intended to mislead, defame, or harm;
- is unlawful, or promotes terrorism, violent extremism, self-harm, or serious violence;
- harasses, threatens, defames, or violates the privacy or rights of others;
- infringes intellectual-property, trademark, or publicity rights you don’t hold; or
- attempts to bypass our content filters, rate limits, or security, or to scrape, overload, or otherwise abuse the Service.
We screen prompts with automated filters and may block prompts or visitors at our discretion. Those filters are not perfect — your responsibility under these terms applies whether or not a filter catches something.
3. Your prompts and images
You are solely responsible for the prompts you submit and for how you use the images you generate, download, or share, including compliance with the law and any third-party rights. We place no additional restrictions on your use of the images you create, and we make no warranty that an output is free of third-party rights.
4. No warranty
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. AI models can produce inaccurate, unexpected, or offensive results. We don’t guarantee availability, quality, or fitness for any particular purpose.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
