Terms of Service & Acceptable Use

imageAInow (“the Service”, “we”, “us”) is a free AI image generator operated as part of anyAInow. By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.
1. The Service
imageAInow turns text prompts into images — and can edit an image you upload — for free and without an account. Images are produced by third-party AI models. The Service is provided on a best-effort basis and may be changed, rate-limited, or withdrawn at any time.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to create, request, upload, or share content that:
- exploits, endangers, or harms minors in any way. We have zero tolerance for the exploitation of minors and will report any such content to the appropriate authorities;
- depicts non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII), or intimate or explicit imagery of a real, identifiable person without their consent;
- depicts or impersonates a real, identifiable person without their consent, or is a deceptive “deepfake” intended to mislead, defame, or defraud;
- promotes hatred, harassment, or violence against people based on a protected characteristic such as race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, orientation, disability, or age;
- is unlawful, or promotes terrorism, violent extremism, self-harm, or serious violence;
- facilitates fraud or deception — including scams, phishing, or forged or counterfeit documents, identity documents, currency, or official seals;
- spreads false information intended to deceive or harm, or exposes another person’s private or identifying information;
- harasses, threatens, defames, or violates the privacy or rights of others;
- infringes the intellectual-property, trademark, or publicity rights of others; or
- attempts to bypass our content filters, daily limit, or security, or to scrape, overload, reverse-engineer, or otherwise abuse the Service.
imageAInow is not a “nudifier” or “undressing” tool and must not be used to create intimate imagery of a real person from an uploaded photo.
We screen prompts with automated filters, check uploaded images with an automated moderation service, and may block, remove, or suspend access to content or visitors at our discretion. Those filters are not perfect — your responsibility under these terms applies whether or not a filter catches something.
3. Your prompts, uploads, and images
You are solely responsible for the prompts and images you submit — including any image you upload — and for how you use the images you generate, download, or share, including compliance with the law and any third-party rights. If you upload an image, you confirm you have the right to use and edit it, and that it does not depict an identifiable person without their consent. We place no additional restrictions on your use of the images you create, and we make no warranty that an output is free of third-party rights.
4. No warranty
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. AI models can produce inaccurate, unexpected, or offensive results. We don’t guarantee availability, quality, or fitness for any particular purpose.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
